the pool was out of order, which I found absolutely unacceptable—especially in hot weather! the staff suggested a different motel’s pool, how precious! I also expected complimentary slippers with my suite, but had to put bath towels on the floor instead. I almost thought to leave a positive review, but these oversights were simply too much.

Our family enjoyed the spacious one-bedroom suite, perfect for unwinding after a long day. check-in could be improved. communication about room readiness was lacking. Pro tip, Arrive a bit later if possible to avoid the early wait. The pool area was nice and clean!

Security measures could use attention!!! An unlocked server room on a public corridor is a bit concerning!!! why have just one laundry machine for the entire hotel? It led to frustrating wait times!!! This needs fixing!!!
